Postage and packing

Our standard charge of £3.95 covers packing and postage on all orders, excluding doorstops, for mainland UK only. For orders including a single doorstop the charge is £5.95. For orders including 2 doorstops the charge is £8.95. For orders including 3 doorstops the charge is £9.95.

If you require your order to be delivered outside mainland UK, we will confirm this cost once the order has been received.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. We are however a small business and make everything ourselves so we will keep you informed if any delay is likely.

Returns

If for any good reason you are unhappy with anything you have ordered, please return the goods within 14 days for full refund. Please note we cannot refund used or customer damaged goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable on unsuitable items, only on faulty or damaged goods. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us, so please wrap the items securely and obtain proof of postage.

All our products are handmade by us and so may vary slightly – we make every effort to ensure that products leave us in pristine condition and that the descriptions and specifications are correct. All sizes are approximate.
